California Report of Traffic Accident (SR 1)
Get into an Accident? You may have to report it to the DMV, but only if they meat any of the below criteria:
- Property Damage more that $1000
- Any injuries (no matter how minor)
- Any deaths
The reports must be made by both drivers and be made within 10 days to the DMV. The reports must be filed regardless of who was at fault.
